I Lileska Diaz, was born in Barquisimeto, Lara State Venezuela. I have nurtured since age 5 was a student of psycho-physical culture, art and creativity workshops at 16 I started to teach art and yoga to children and adults. At this age studied Fine Arts in Visual Arts School Martin Tovar y Tovar which ended 25 years. at 22 I graduated from Assistant in Nutrition and Dietetics. and succeed in providing creative cooking classes and healthy nutrition to children and adults. 27conoci to the sacred dances. At 34 I taught body language classes at the University Institute of Advanced Studies Arts Armando Reveron. at 35 I had a wonderful experience of my 20 years old in the profession in the Visual Arts with a group of housewives which experienced the "Workshop Painting from the Soul."
